In 2019 had the idea to do an April Fools’ commercial for Illegal Pete’s, humorously aligning our food with the high-end world of epicurean, buzz-word-laden dining. I pitched it to Pete and—in true Pete fashion—he was game. I wrote, directed, and edited the video with help from some pals in the comedy and media world in Denver.
